JEROME W. ANDERSON, J.D. Jerry is an honors graduate of Stanford University and Stanford Law School. At Stanford he was awarded the Weter Prize in Honors History. He attended the University of Paris for post-graduate legal studies. Jerry has had a 37-year career in the capital markets in New York, London and Boston. His institutional career included Sullivan & Cromwell, The Ford Foundation and Citicorp Investment Management with roles in the practice of law, investment banking and investment management. In 1996 he organized BIA in order to manage and build wealth for individuals and small organizations. Jerry serves as BIA's chief executive officer and chief investment officer.

BRADFORD G. WILLIAMS, M.B.A.
Brad graduated from Middlebury College, cum laude, in 1993 with a joint degree in economics and environmental studies. In 1998, he earned an M.B.A. from Northeastern University. From 2000 to 2005, he was Director of Investment Research and Portfolio Management for Wingate Financial Corporation, a Lexington, MA-based investment advisory firm serving individuals, small businesses and non-profit organizations. He has extensive investment research experience and chaired the Wingate Investment Committee. Brad joined BIA in 2006 as vice president and acts as Director of Mutual Fund Research and portfolio manager.
